                We are Artists of many mediums that can handle any job that comes our way. If it’s something we haven’t done-we’re not afraid to explore new designs, concepts &substrates.
I started drawing as a kid, tattooing by age 14 & am now 44 as is my beautiful wife. Laurie is also 44, an artist & jewelry maker. She takes care of injured raptors in Lorain County which gives us a closer insight to their habitats, struggles & nature. It also gives us the opportunity to take close up pictures of birds of prey to use in our art productions to share extraordinary views that most people rarely have a chance to see.
We believe that in tattoo art (and it is an art), artist’s need to be very versatile in their subject matter to give customers original art to wear forever, rather than just being a flash artist as many shops are. We also believe that to be a true artist’s, you need to be able to do more than just one art form which is why we offer our customers so many choices, not being limited to just tattoo’s.
At StoneCold Graphx, we paint, (brush & airbrush) glass & stone etch which includes glass, mirrors & sandblast stone, tattoo, draw, create and apply vinyl lettering & graphics, make custom jewelry & woodburn.
Alot of our work is on vehicles such as race cars, classic cars, semis & motorcycles. We design company logos & business cards, graphic advertisements banners, rock band back drops, album covers, original skin art (tattoo’s), & wall mirals. There is nothing we cannot do-just give us a call & see for yourself.
Some of our accomplishments include being featured several times in Tattoo & Easyrider’s Magazine , winning runner up to Julie Moon in Easyrider’s Streamliner Flash Contest which was worldwide & being the first Mobile Tattoo Establishment Licensed in Lorain County ever at the Black River Landings in 2008 where Mushroomhead played.
